You must still remember the Google project to bring a pure
Android smartphone at a low price to the emerging markets of Android One.
Smartphones are the same as Nexus or Pixel, which is promised to get the latest
Android OS updates considering Android One uses a pure Android operating
system, aka without a custom UI.
Indonesia market itself has twice gets the Android One
smartphone, the first generation enlivened with Mito Impact, Evercoss One X,
and Nexian Journey One. While the second generation, Google only took Infinix
to bring Infinix Hot 2. Unfortunately the initial plan to bring cheap Android
devices to developing countries experiencing a shift, where Android One slid
into developed countries like Japan and countries in Europe.
But there is surprising news coming from Xiaomi and Google,
where they reportedly collaborate to bring Android One smartphone made by
Xiaomi using pure Android alias without MIUI.
As reported Krispitech, (19/08/2017), recently has found a
new smartphone from Xiaomi, the Xiaomi Mi 5X in the POSTEL Indonesia database.
As you can see above, that this smartphone is designed by Google, and does not
use MIUI as its interface display.
According to rumors, the name of the device will be changed
to Xiaomi A1 when it launches later, but can not be ascertained the truth. But
clearly, this smartphone will still maintain the FHD 5.5 inch screen
resolution, has a dual-SIM feature, as well as dual-camera setup on the back.
If true Xiaomi Mi 5X will be Android One smartphone, this is
certainly good news for lovers of smartphones with pure Android interface. MIUI
itself is present with a myriad of features that are not found on the pure
Android interface, but the many features in MIUI overload the performance of
smartphones. We look forward to the development of information about the
Android One made this Xiaomi.
